Baby Ruth Bars
Bring sugar and syrup to a full boil. Remove from heat. Mix in peanut butter and cereal. Press into a buttered 13 inch by 9 inch cake pan. Melt chips over double boiler. Spread on top as the icing. Store in a cool place.
